Now this is something I would've expected to happen a while ago. My first PDA was a Palm V and while I use a Blackberry nowadays, I still prefer the Palm's flexibility. It just seems friendlier, somehow. If it weren't for Palm's metamorphosis between hardware/software/apps business models, I think we'd've seen Linux in the Palm sphere of influence a long time prior to now. Look what Sharp's been doing with Linux for years, and these devices are very popular in Japan.
